3. Our computers use standard industry components NOT specific manufacturer’s components! This means that you are not locked into buying all your spare parts, should your system need repair, from the original manufacturer at highly inflated prices.

4. We do not employ Salespersons! Not all but some salespersons will sell you a computer based solely on receiving their commissions or their need to meet their sales targets!  

5. Camden Computers has been in the same location for 7 years (in May 2006). You can verify this fact with our landlord who is located right above our shop. They are called Bunbury Property Management, ask for Colin.  

6. Our business is expanding, over the last 7 years we have expanded and now occupy what was originally shop 19A, 19B & 19C.  

7. We actively support the Australian Computer Industry in introducing Licensing & Accreditation for PC sales and service businesses. Unfortunately anybody can place an ad in the local paper offering Mobile Computer Services or open a PC Shop without any accreditation!. These back-yard businesses often disappear as fast has they surface leaving a wake of devastation. Could you imagine how you will feel if you brought your new computer back for repair and found the doors locked and a ‘For Lease’ sign in the window? You could be out of pocket thousands of dollars, why risk it!  

8. Should anything go wrong with your new computer we do the following

a) Your computer is not sent off to ‘who knows where’ to be fixed!  
b) Because your computer does not leave the premises the risk of damage in transportation is eliminated.  
c) We are fully insured against loss caused by Fire, Flood, Theft etc so your machine is safe, ask our competitors to prove that your machine is insured when in their care!  
d) You can talk directly to me (Glenn), explain the problem and when it’s fixed get an accurate & intelligent explanation of the problem not a sheet of paper written in technical shorthand & jargon.

9. We WILL NOT install unlicensed software on your computer. Software piracy is illegal and can carry a fine of $5,000. If you think your getting a good deal buying software at half price or for nothing you may find it was not such a good deal in the long run.
